Laia is a professional freediver and national record holder who finds freedom in the depths of the ocean. With years of experience in AIDA freediving and yoga, she will guide you through the art of surrendering to the water, teaching you to move effortlessly and embrace the silence below.

Pia – Bodyworker, Breathwork Facilitator, Trauma-informed Therapist (i.T. as osteopath)
Pia is a trained physiotherapist and currently completing her osteopathy studies. She brings together years of experience in bodywork, trauma healing, and energy work, including breathwork, hypnosis, reincarnation therapy, mental coaching, and yoga.
Pia will be supporting you in integrating the experiences and reconnecting with your body on a somatic level. Guiding sessions and experiences.

Jan - With years of experience in extreme sports, freediving, and deep breathwork, Jan creates a safe space for true transformation. His journey has taken him through intense physical and mental challenges, near-death experiences, and over 10,000 hours of training—ranging from breathwork and trauma healing to deep stillness and authentic connection practices.
All of this comes together in Deep Blue Journey—a space for those ready to let go of the old, gain new perspectives, and step away from the noise of everyday life. Here, you’ll have the chance to realign, strengthen your connection to your core, and discover what truly lies within you.

Florence Stoiber – Selftaught Chef, Food Photographer & Freediver
Florence is a passionate chef, food photographer, and founder of her own kombucha brand. Her dishes are crafted with creativity, care, and a love for seasonal ingredients.
She first discovered freediving during a Deep Blue retreat — a moment that deeply moved her and continues to inspire both her cooking and her connection to the ocean.
Throughout the week, Florence will be cooking for the participants, creating nourishing meals that support and complement the retreat experience.

Our luxury accommodation in Tabaiba offers the perfect space to relax and recharge after a day in the ocean. You'll be staying in a beautiful house with ocean views, pool, whirpool, tennis court, outdoor area and shared common areas to connect with fellow participants.

No prior experience is required! Our AIDA 1+2 course is designed for beginners and those looking to refine their skills. Whether you’re new to freediving or have some experience, you'll be guided at your level.

Yes, absolutely! Whether you're new to yoga, breathwork, or somatic movement, the practices will be adapted to all levels. Our facilitators will support you every step of the way to ensure you feel comfortable and engaged.

Each day will include a mix of activities such as freediving sessions, breathwork, yoga, and time for quiet reflection. Expect mornings with yoga and movement to awaken the body, followed by freediving and breathwork sessions, and afternoons dedicated to relaxation, nature walks, and stillness.

Yes! We’ve intentionally designed the retreat to give you ample time to unwind and reconnect with yourself. There will be quiet walks along the cliffs, guided meditations, and free time to reflect by the ocean.

Yes! During your stay, our chef Florence will prepare a light breakfast, lunch snacks, and a hearty dinner each day. The meals are mostly vegetarian and vegan. If you have specific dietary needs, just let us know in advance!
