These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made for Deep Blue Journey’s retreats and services. By booking a retreat, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
The services offered include retreat activities (yoga, freediving, breathwork, adventures, gear) accommodation (paid on site) as described on our website. Meals and flights are not included unless otherwise specified.
3. Booking and Payment
To reserve your spot, full payment is required for booking.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.
Respect the retreat environment and other participants.
Notify us in advance of any medical conditions that may affect participation in physical activities.
5. Liability
Deep Blue Journey is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the retreat. We recommend that participants obtain travel insurance that covers accidents, illness, and cancellations.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), the retreat may be canceled or rescheduled. Deep Blue Journey is not liable for any expenses incurred due to such events.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austria.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes that affect existing bookings.
