Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant:
If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 30 days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a small administrative fee of [20%].

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Organizer:
In case the retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient participants, travel restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs such as flights or travel-related expenses.

3. Changing Your Booking:
If you need to change your booking, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
